Layla is realizing more and more that Faven can really hang. Although Layla doesn't share her toys with Faven 100% of the time, at 2 1/2 she is doing a better job at it. Faven LOVES to watch her big sister "shake it" by dancing, jumping, crawling, and twirling. Faven thinks it's hilarious when Layla jumps around on her bed on her knees.
Here are the kids watching a wind up rabbit race around a puzzle track. Mesmerizing! 
Layla likes to play on her terms. We are trying to get her to understand that it is not OK to take toys from anyone, including her lil sis. It's hard as parents to be consistent with this. We know that if we take the time at home to teach her, it will help her play "nicely" with kids on the playground and in school in the long run. Work in progress....and plenty of "Time Outs" to be had.
