Two for a Poo

Layla is not potty trained. I want to make that clear. She sat on the potty 3 dozen times in the last 7 MONTHS. She pooped twice and peed once, maybe twice. Yesterday she pooped on the potty. If she poops she is awarded two M & Ms and for a tinkle, she gets one M & M. It was a good day - a very good day.
