Joey and I really enjoy quality time with Layla. By the time we get home from work during the week we have less than two hours of play before we begin our bath time routine. We typically take at least two planned family outings every weekend. Now that the temperature is rising in the valley, we need to think creatively and find activities that avoid endless hours in the blazing sun. I'm sure we will find plenty of things to do with our happy 13 month old. Layla loves to be outside so as a family (including Jada) we spent a couple hours at the park and at the Scottsdale Culinary Festival. She loved dancing to the live music. She even learned a few dance moves. To bad we forgot our camera on that trip.
