Grandma McPeak and Aunty Em came to visit the Yacob Family on Labor Day weekend and boy did Layla have a ball! Layla was just getting over bronchitis and an ear infection the week they arrived so the timing worked out well.Layla surely didn't act sick. She continued to laugh and play like every other day. Mom and Emily spoiled Layla with their undivided attention and of course, gifts. Her favorite new toys are a mini talking Elmo and a baby pool. If you can believe it, Layla can splash around in the pool until mid October when the weather finally cools down. My mom, Emily and I got a chance to drive four hours to stay the night at the Grand Canyon National Park. What a site to see; just breath taking. We miss our special visitors and can't wait to see them again in November back East.
