We finally made it back to DC for a weekend and what a busy weekend it was. Kaitlin's sister Megan got married, we visited Wyatt Holcombe and got to spend time with all our friends in VA. A lot of traveling around with Miss Layla, but all time well spent.
We don't have pictures to confirm, but it is official that our dear friend Joe Burgett can no longer do anything athletic. Not only was he unable to dunk a basketball (it was a 9' rim ) but he also is terrible at throwing bags of sand into a hole. (I have no idea what the game is called, but Joe is not good.)
The wedding was fun and there was some "interesting" dancing...I'll have Kaitlin upload some video if possible, or at least get a link to it, its going to have to get posted somewhere.
On the 4th it was like a Hokie reunion, all our friends and their kids got together and hung out. Good times and a fun day. The weekend was great, we will have to get back soon.
